Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

With original tags, packaging, and invoice.

Non-returnable items:

Customized/personalized products.

Discounted/sale items.

Accessories (caps, socks, etc., if hygiene concerns apply).

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes quality checks.

Refund methods:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (7–14 working days).

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

If the product fails quality checks, it will be shipped back at customer’s expense.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged items.

If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 48 hours with images/videos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Delivery & Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours.

We will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct item.

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address, customer will bear reshipping charges.
Return Shipping

Reverse Pickup Available: In most pin codes, we provide reverse pickup service.

Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup isn’t available, customers must courier the product back to us. Courier charges (if applicable) may be reimbursed.
