Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • With original tags, packaging, and invoice.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Customized/personalized products.

    • Discounted/sale items.

    • Accessories (caps, socks, etc., if hygiene concerns apply).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refund methods:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (7–14 working days).

    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

  • If the product fails quality checks, it will be shipped back at customer’s expense.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged items.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 48 hours with images/videos.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Delivery & Wrong Products

  • If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct item.

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address, customer will bear reshipping charges.

Return Shipping

  • Reverse Pickup Available: In most pin codes, we provide reverse pickup service.

  • Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup isn’t available, customers must courier the product back to us. Courier charges (if applicable) may be reimbursed.
